For decades, Seoul Fringe Festival has connected artists and audiences in various places, including streets, theaters, galleries, and even houses of artists.
Even though locations and means for the meeting have changed, Fringe has never stopped and continued creating creative connections only available at the festival.

After two years of social distancing, The 25th Seoul Fringe Festival is trying to recover our festival networks by narrowing our distance.
