Description

A story about dad and daughter who have lived apart for 25 years. One Sei-Jong, a security guard of Seoul World Cup Stadium meets his daughter and takes around to this workplace.

I've recently turned back to Korea and started to live with my dad while settling down in Seoul. So last few months were kind of reof the family, filing up a time-gap between me and my dad. But it was sometimes like a ventilation of anger and sorrow which I've had due to the absence of my dad. Sharing and observing each one's ordinary life brought us tough time but understanding each other as well.
I found my dad worked as a security guard for a long time and currently I am working as a evening shift in a creation center. When I finish my daily job in my workplace and when I hold a flash light, I remind my dad and it inspired me to make this show.

¡®In and Out of One¡¯ make the first step by One Ji Young, it presents diverse experience in and out of a theatre, the world where we live in. Like a shape of a circle (in Korean character ¡®One¡¯ means also a circle like its shape), she hopes to make fluid movement and tenderness on the stage.
In the Seoul Fringe Festival, theatrical imaginations and intimate story of the artist One herself will be realized from the inside outward.
