Almost Fringe : Micro Forum small scale art talk

    The Almost Fringe is about a variety of issues surrounding independent art
    It started in 2015 as a place to share and talk to each other.

    The Almost Fringe, which will be held in the form of a micro forum.
    The festival artists themself proposes the theme of the forum,
    think about how they're going,
