Fringe Speaks Out Blacklist 3: The Black Letter Seoul Fringe Festival

    Special Exhibition

    This exhibition traces back censorship in the arts sector since the Blacklist case in 2017. As exhibition series has looked at ‘Blacklist as case’ in 2020 and ‘Self-censorship according to arts funding system’ in 2021, the third exhibition in 2022 focuses on existing and changing ‘social censorship’ through social phenomenon.
